Las Vegas, December 12, 2011 –The International School of Hospitality (TISOH), a continuingeducation school developed by the hospitality industry for industry, received the prestigious 

award “Shaping the Future Generation of Wedding Professionals" at the 2011 Las Vegas 

Wedding Awards held at the Stirling Club, Las Vegas on Tuesday of this week. Las Vegas Bride

and Beautiful Bride magazines sponsored the awards event which honors the best in the wedding 

industry. The editors recognized TISOH for its innovative and engaging Wedding Design & 

Coordination education programs.

curriculum offers both certificate and diploma programs in class and online. Students learn to 

plan, design, manage, coordinate and execute all manners of traditional, non-traditional, cultural, 

fantasy and destination weddings. They learn industry best practices and the role of a wedding 

planner. To complete the program, students professionally design and plan a complete wedding 

presentation from start to finish, completing a professional portfolio that serves as a sample of 

their learning and ability. Externships are also a part of the program, giving students hands-on 

experience.
