Dominique Chaplin Mendoza is a student of Hospitality Management at the Universiad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico. She has worked in the hospitality industry since she was twelve years old in her father's banquet business. When she finished high school, she worked at the "moulin fleuri", her grandfather's hotel-restaurant in France for 3 months. Last year, Dominique was trained at the Atherton Hotel at OSU during her exchange program at Oklahoma State University.
At the moment, Dominique continues to help her father during her vacations, but she wants to do an internship in the Gaylord from Dallas because she wants to work and learn more about convention and meeting planning.

She would like to work in the events market. Raquel wants to work in the city where she hopes to open a restaurant with a Mexican show for foreigners.
